Hello
My name is Gemma Pott and I am a Colorectal Cancer Support Worker at Leighton Hospital.
I have worked at Leighton since 2017,starting on the Bank as a HCA,as a HCA on the Treatment Centre and then as a Scheduler in Endoscopy.
I started as a Pathway Navigator in April 2021 within the colorectal team before taking on the role as a support worker.
I love working in the NHS, It is an honour to be a part of a patient's journey, whether it be just a few hours or months at a time, and I love that we work as a team with the patients towards a common goal.
