Eden Team
The Eden Team Midwives provide labour care for all women birthing at home or on Midwifery Led Unit.
The team also provide antenatal , labour and postnatal care to women and families whose postcode is within the bottom decile of deprivation.
Labour and birth care for women meeting the above criteria will be provided by the team regardless of place of birth (including labour ward and theatre).
If you are planning a homebirth, please ask your community midwife to refer you to the Eden Team, who will contact you between 34 and 36 weeks to arrange a homebirth assessment.
