Megan Nurse (pictured right) has been appointed as Chair of Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust from January 2025, joining the Trust from Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent Integrated Care Board.
Lesley Massey, Acting Chair of Mid Cheshire Hospitals, said:
"I'm delighted to announce that our Council of Governors has approved the appointment of Megan Nurse. Megan has significant experience gained from working in the public sector over a number of years both in the NHS and local government. With her knowledge of the health and care system, I have no doubt that she will bring a deep commitment to improving healthcare, transformational change and delivering continuous improvement."
Megan Nurse said:
