The contents of this document apply to Independent Contractors, Consultants and Designers directly employed by the Estates Office who carry out work for and on behalf of the Estates & Facilities Division (hereafter referred to as the Division) on MCHFT (hereafter referred to as the Trust) premises and on contracts specifically controlled by the Division. They do not extend/apply to contracts controlled by others.
