Training for Every Workplace
Every workplace is different. We have structured our courses so that we can tackle the issues relevant to each and every participant. There is plenty of emphasis on the practical skills that are needed back at work, so participants leave full of confidence to carry out their duties in the workplace.
We Provide Experienced Subject Matter Experts
Subject matter experts are all employed by the Trust and know how the skills they teach apply in the real world outside the classroom.
As part of our commitment to continuing quality and improvement, we would welcome any feedback about any aspects of our service.
Opportunities
The Learning and Development Department develop, deliver and commission a comprehensive training programme for the Trust. Such a programme should ensure that a range of learning opportunities are available to:
- Support the business needs of the Trust;
- Address the skills deficits outlined in the TNA;
- Meet mandatory and essential training requirements;
- Provide clinical skills training for nursing staff and allied health professionals that meets the skill requirements identified through TNA;
- Support an Apprenticeship Programme.
Effective communication of training opportunities for MCHFT staff can be found by a yearly Training Prospectus and a Training Calendar which is updated every week.
