Today, 19 May 2026, we experienced a water supply issue at Leighton Hospital.
The leak has now been identified and repaired, and our normal water supply has been restored.
Patient safety remained our priority throughout today and we put a series of measures in place as part of this.
We’d like to thank patients and visitors for their understanding and support. We fully plan for our services to return to normal, however, if there is any impact, patients will be contacted if their appointment is affected. If you do not hear from us, please attend as planned.
Visiting guidance will return to normal from Wednesday 20 May.
