Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is pleased to announce the appointment of Alfredo Thompson as its new Chief People Officer.

Alfredo joins the Trust from the Royal United Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in Bath, where he has been serving as CPO. He brings a strong blend of strategic HR leadership, organisational development expertise, and a career shaped by frontline experience within the NHS

Ian Moston, Chief Executive Officer welcomed the appointment, saying: “Alfredo brings energy, insight and a genuine passion for supporting people. His experience makes him an excellent addition to our leadership team, and I know colleagues across the Trust and wider health and care system will join me in giving him a very warm welcome when he arrives.”
