Hospital launches walking aid reuse service to support patient care and cut waste

Mid Cheshire Hospitals has opened a new walking aid reuse service, so patients can now return mobility aids they no longer need to the Outpatient Physiotherapy department at Leighton Hospital.

Changes to hospital wifi name from 3 February 2026

The name of the wifi patients and visitors access at our hospitals will change from 8am on Tuesday 3 February 2026. 'Patient_Wifi' will no longer be available and instead you should access 'NHS_WiFi'.
