The work experience programme provides local students aged 14-19 years with a great opportunity to get out of the class room and into our Trust to have a taste of the skills required for a career within the NHS.
Work experience helps students who are interested in NHS careers to gain confidence, communication skills and an insight into which career path to pursue.
