Hospital Bank

The Hospital Bank is a pool of people who are available to cover staffing vacancies in the Trust. Working on the Bank is different from having a substantive post at the Trust in the following ways:

• the hours and ward/department of work can often change.

• Work is not guaranteed

However, working via the Bank can offer you the flexibility of being able to work when it suits you.
