Customer Care Team
The Customer Care Team includes PALS (Patient Advice Liaison Service) and Complaints. The team provides a free, impartial and confidential service at Leighton Hospital, Crewe, Victoria Infirmary, Northwich and Elmhurst Intermediate Care Centre, Winsford.
Overall, the feedback we get from patients is very positive. We realise, however, that there may be times when we do not always get things right. On these occasions we welcome your feedback as this helps us to improve the services we provide. So, if you have any problems with any aspect of your care, please tell us.

Catering and Restaurants
Visitors are welcome to use the Restaurant at Leighton Hospital throughout the day, and a wide range of meals, snacks and beverages are available. Opening times and menus are on display outside the Restaurant and in the corridor near to the Main Reception.

The Main Restaurant is situated on the Floor Floor and is signposted. The usual opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9am until 2pm.

The Tea Bar, situated in the Main Entrance, is open seven days a week, 8am until 8pm.

The Treatment Centre 'Lite Bites' cage is situated in the Treatment Centre, and is usually open Monday to Friday, 8.30am until 3.30pm.

There are also two charity Tea Bars - one is situated in the Outpatients Department at Leighton Hospital, whilst the other is located in the Outpatients Department at Victoria Infirmary, Northwich.
Shops
In the Main Reception area at Leighton Hospital, there is a League of Friends shop which sells a range of products including sandwiches, drinks, cakes, confectionary, cards, newspapers and magazines.
Cash Points
There is a 24-hour Cashline machine situated on the Ground Floor Crossroads of Leighton Hospital, near the Main Reception area.
Pharmacy
There is a Pharmacy at Leighton Hospital which, as well as providing patient medication, has a selection of 'over the counter' medicines available for purchase by visitors.

There are comfortable sitting rooms available in the wards for the use of relatives during the day or at night.
Overnight accommodation is available - a flat has been funded by the WRVS charity and there is no charge. The flat comprises one double bedroom and two single rooms, with a lounge area which has a colour television. Each room has separate key access.
Keys are available from the Security Office, and this service can be arranged via the ward. To discuss any problems in regard to maintenance, please telephone the Residence Office on 01270 273046 during normal office hours.
If you wish to make a donation, these can be passed on to the Residences Office who in turn will be forward the amount on to the WRVS. This will be used for the upkeep and running of this facility.
