Our Division is lead by Mike Babb, Divisional Director of Estates & Facilities, who reports to the Chief Executive. There are three operational managers, Andrew Deakin, Head of Capital Development, Miriam Hickman, Head of Facilities and Paul Dyche, Head of Estates.
The Division is made up of the following sections and provides non-clinical support to the Trust: -

Facilities Services - Portering, Reception and Postal Services, Waste, Cleaning, Non-emergency Transport
Catering Capital Development Security and Car Parking
Residential Accommodation
Medical Engineering
Energy Management
Administration Team
The Division employs a total of approximately 450 staff, ranging from unskilled to professionally qualified personnel all of whom play a part in delivering these services.
The Division aims to deliver high quality services, to develop quality into the built environment and to maintain all elements of the buildings, services and equipment, to assist the Clinical Divisions to establish the Trust as the health care provider of choice.
